Get Your very own Medication Audit with the Deprescribing Pharamcist. This will review some of your most pressing medication concerns and help you identify which medications may no longer be appropriate for you and your loved one. This will be conducted over telehealth and will ask of you to provide a complete list of your medications and concerns during the call.
