Join us for an intimate, invite-only session designed to help caregivers and participants navigate the complexities of medications with confidence.

This two-hour workshop will provide a soft review of attendees' medication lists in a group-style "Ask a Pharmacist" setting.

Attendees will bring their full medication lists—including prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and supplements—for a guided discussion on medication-related concerns, potential deprescribing opportunities, and how to advocate for safer, more effective treatment plans.

Led by Dr. Delon Canterbury, an expert pharmacist, this workshop will cover:

✔️ Recognizing when medications may be causing more harm than good
✔️ Asking the right questions to healthcare providers
✔️ Understanding the deprescribing process
